  • applied a database segmentation criteria to set journey milestones, and dedupe/score 850,000+ contact records
  • configured business rules to automate a CRM program of email, direct mail, samples and customer service
  • developed knowledge base, training, and database interface to equip a clinical nurse & customer service call center to yield continual improvement in service levels and labor cost savings
  • analyzed broadcast TV GRPs, print ad response, web analytics, rebate incentive data, sql queries, call center stats, and external data feeds to provide ad hoc, weekly and monthly reporting, analysis and forecasting

  • implemented Voxware’s first ever email campaigns and automation of sales reps’ interactions
  • overhauled voxware.com content and navigation with newly deployed CMS to emulate new branding and industry segmentation strategy
  • configured dashboards to track funnel, campaign ROI, and sales opportunity pipeline
  • in its first full quarter of deployment of CRM at Vocollect, we identified $23 million in sales opportunities, 177% of goal
